Usually, yes — the key is swapping in a fan-rated box and confirming the switch wiring. That's a routine visit for us.
Do you supply the fixtures or do I?
Either works. Plenty of customers pick their own fixtures and have us install them; we can also source commercial-grade hardware if you'd rather not shop.
