Remodels & Additions
The drywall is coming down anyway — that's exactly the moment to get the wiring right. We work with you or your contractor to wire the new space properly and bring the old stuff up to code while the walls are open.
Remodel electrical is half new work, half archaeology. Moving a kitchen means new dedicated circuits; opening a wall often reveals what the last forty years of handymen left behind. We plan the new layout, price the must-fix discoveries honestly, and keep the schedule moving so drywall never waits on us.
Additions get the same treatment as new construction: proper load calculations so the panel can carry the new space, rough-in that passes inspection the first time, and trim-out that matches the finish work.

Good questions
Do you work with general contractors?
All the time — we slot into the schedule, show up when the rough-in window opens, and keep the inspector happy so the project doesn't stall.
We found old wiring during demo. Is that a big deal?
Sometimes it is, and it's much cheaper to fix while the walls are open. We'll assess what's actually there and quote the corrections honestly — not everything old is dangerous.
